Hoof Boot Sales & Fitting

Hoof boots are the high-tech alternative to horse shoes.  They can be applied as needed, providing protection while still allowing the hoof to flex and maintain healthy hoof mechanism.

Why use hoof boots?

Laminitis, navicular syndrome, thin soles, transitions from shod to barefoot, rocky trail rides, trailering stress, concussion, abscesses, bruises… the truth is, sometimes a barefoot hoof needs protection.  There is no need for a horse to be uncomfortable when it can be comfortable and mobile in hoof boots.

I am an approved Scootboot stockist.  I provide fitting services with pad inserts for just the right fit and amount of protection needed.

Please note:  I only offer hoof boot sales with onsite fittings, in areas where I trim.  Horses must be on a four to five week trim cycle for proper boot fit and hoof mechanics.

Manufacturer's warranty and return policy applies on new hoof boot purchases.  Any other returns that are accepted will be for merchandise credit only and may incur a restocking fee.

Scootboot hoof boots are durable, breathable, and very easy to put on and take off.

See photos below showing how well they perform in all riding disciplines.  They are also an ideal choice for rehab horses that need protection in turnout.

I keep stock of the most common sizes, accessories, and replacement parts, and I have the full Fit Kit for determining the correct size.
