Cancellation Policy

I am happy to trim without the owner present when horses/ponies/donkeys are well behaved and easily caught or left in a stall. I will give you a full update on the trim. Payment is due on the day of the trim.

You may cancel an appointment without penalty with a minimum of 48 hours advanced notice.

Please be aware that I may be fully booked a few weeks out for rescheduling, which is not good for hooves. It isn't fair to reschedule other clients to accommodate cancellations. A travel fee may be assessed if I need to make a special trip off route for distant clients.

Short notice non-emergency cancellations are billed at full price as you have booked my time. I could have been working on other horses, and it limits my availability for other clients. It may leave me stuck sitting in my car between appointments.

Return Policy

Manufacturer's warranty and return policy applies on new hoof boot purchases.

​Any other returns that are accepted will be for merchandise credit only and may incur a restocking fee.
